Duo Canticel is back with the new CD “Canticel Passion”

Contralto Catherine Dagois and organist Edgar Teufel, Duo Canticel, are back to launch Canticel Passion, a CD with an eclectic program, from Baroque to contemporary music.

As defined by Catherine Dagois herself, this new album is “a great musical journey through time and space that begins in Africa, continues among Occtican repertoire, my native region, with an Ave Maria in Occitan (a creation of Canticel Duo) over the famous “Air on a G string” by Bach, and a final tribute to Catalonia.
