Espiral Duo

Espiral duo was founded in 2014 by Tania Haase (violin) and Rodrigo García (piano), both graduates of the Amadeo Roldán Conservatory and the “Instituto Superior de Arte de Cuba.”
Their regular repertoire includes works of concert music and Cuban music and they have performed in different concert halls and venues in Cuba such as the Basilica Menor del Convento of San Francisco de Asís, the Ignacio Cervantes hall, the Cuban Art Factory or the Abelardo Estorino hall , among others.
The duo took part in the  National Tour “Culture of Peace in our classrooms” together with the singer Rochy Ameneiro and they both are members of the United Nations Network of Artists “Únete”.
Espiral Duo was invited to the “Cubaneando” Festival in Montreal, Canada (2014), and in 2017 they also performed  at the Audubon Park Covenant Church, Orlando, United States.
First prize winners and special prize “CD” in the International Competition “Grand Prize Virtuoso” in 2019, this award has given them the opportunity to record an album at the prestigious “Afterhours Studio” in Miami for the record label “KNS Classical”. Such recording and all its content has been financially covered by the International Music Competition “Grand Prize Virtuoso”.
In 2020 they joined “We Are With You”, a solidarity initiative carried out in Cuba by artists, who gave their art to everybody suffering for the difficult situations caused by the quarantine due to COVID 19.
