KNS Classical proudly presents Moments Musicaux, the newest release by rising star pianist Sencheng Zhang
KNS Classical proudly presents Moments Musicaux, the newest recording by Sencheng Zhang — a Young Scholar of the Lang Lang International Music Foundation, currently studying under Professor Soyeon Kate Lee at Juilliard Pre-College. His growth as a musician is reflected in every nuance of this album, which marks an important new chapter in his artistic journey.
This captivating recording features Sergei Rachmaninov’s Vocalise and the complete Moments Musicaux, Op. 16, a cycle of six deeply expressive pieces that showcase both the poetic lyricism and virtuosity of the composer, as well as the interpretive maturity of this exceptional young artist.
Recognized internationally, Zhang has performed twice at Carnegie Hall, collaborated with orchestras across Asia and Europe, and has been the recipient of over 30 prestigious awards. Signed to KNS Classical at the age of nine, his early debut True Love was met with wide acclaim. Professor Lee’s guidance plays a central role in shaping Zhang’s musical voice, and this recording stands as a testament to their collaborative work. With Moments Musicaux, Zhang continues to build a profile as one of the most promising pianists of his generation.
You can now listen to his exceptional interpretation on iTunes, Spotify, Amazon and YouTube.
